Eyer Family Bingo Night and Open Gym – The 2nd Annual Eyer Family Bingo Night & Open Gym is TONIGHT! Join us for an evening of bingo, basket raffles, snacks, and an open gym option for added fun. This event is a key PTO fundraiser, with all proceeds benefiting the Eyer school community. Tickets are available through the Eyer Family Bingo Night Cheddar Up link above, and with more than 50 exciting raffle prizes, it’s sure to be a great night.
Any girls interested in playing Emmaus Girls Soccer this summer are encouraged to fill out the Emmaus Girls Soccer JV Summer League Interest Form. This opportunity is open to rising 8th and 9th graders (current 7th and 8th graders). It will take place in the Whitehall Summer League at Whitehall High School on the soccer/football turf fields. Games will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from June 3 through July 9, with start times scheduled at 5:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM, or 8:45 PM.
26-27 EPSD Cheerleading Tryouts – Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student athlete who is interested in trying out for the Middle Level or High School Cheerleading Squads for next school year must sign up to participate in tryouts using the Cheerleading Sign-up Google Form. All sign ups must be completed by April 13th. If the QR code does not work on the flyer you have, please get a new one outside room 104.
Student Council Band-Aids Drive – The Eyer Student Council is once again hosting a Band-Aid collection drive to support children receiving treatment at the LVHN Pediatric Cancer Clinic. We are collecting boxes of Band-Aids in any style or design, which can be dropped off in the Main Office or Room 634 until April 10th. Our goal is to collect 250 boxes of colorful or themed Band-Aids to brighten the days of children across our region who are facing serious medical challenges. Thank you for helping us support this meaningful local cause. We are collecting:
- All sizes of adhesive bandages
- Fun and colorful designs
- Sensitive skin options
Eyer Shave for the Brave Team – Mr. Bergey, organizer of the Eyer Shave for the Brave Team, is inviting students to join in shaving their heads to support the St. Baldrick’s Foundation in the battle against pediatric cancer. The EHS Shave for the Brave event is scheduled for March 13th, and interested students can reach out to Mr. Bergey (abergey@eastpennsd.org) and follow the instructions to join the Eyer Shave for the Brave Team website provided above to participate on the team.
EPSD Education Foundation 8th Grade Yard Signs – The East Penn Education Foundation wants to help make the end of the year special for your favorite Eyer 8th Grader! EPSD Education Foundation Career Exploration Fair – Registration is NOW OPEN to sign up to be a Sponsor/Vendor and share your career experiences at the EPSD Education Foundation Career Exploration Fair. This event is open to ALL Lehigh Valley students and families from 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2024. Additional information can be found on the EPSD Education Foundation Website.

Girls on the Run– Please remember to sign up for the late bus and meet in Ms. Graham’s room after school.
6th Grade Drama Club – Want to boost your confidence, learn acting skills, and have a blast? Join the 6th Grade Drama Club! No experience is required, just bring your energy and excitement. You’ll make friends, discover your inner star, and get ready for future theatre opportunities. Drama Club meets in room 503 on Thursdays. Drama Club: Where 6th graders become STARS!
Chess Club – Join us if you love chess and want to play or learn how to. All levels welcome! We will meet on Thursdays after school in room 650.
Crochet Club – Students interested in learning the art of crochet in a fun, welcoming space can do so after school on Tuesdays in room 610. Whether you’re a beginner or already know a few stitches, you’ll create projects you can be proud of. To join, pick up a permission slip in the Guidance Office. We are always accepting fiber donations if any family has yarn to spare. Donations could be brought to the Main Office.
Four Square Club – The Eyer Four Square Club meets after school on Thursdays.
Multicultural Club – Celebrate diversity by learning about and sharing traditions, cultures, and perspectives from around the world on Thursdays in room 111
Reading Olympics Team – Love to read? Want to discuss books and play some fun trivia games? Then you should join the Reading Olympics Club! We meet two or three times a month and will be preparing for a regional competition at the end of the school year. You can read as much or as little as you like, so come on and get in on the fun! Ready to join? Sign up outside Room 636.
Walking Club – 🚶♀️🚶 Stop by the Main Office to sign up and pick up a permission slip to walk off campus. The club will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Chromebooks – Students should develop a consistent routine to charge their Chromebooks every night to ensure they’re prepared for class each day. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.
Late Bus The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.
Lost & Found – There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.
Weis4School Rewards Program – The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis. Eyer families can register their existing Weis Rewards Card to benefit our school by following the link below. Please consider taking these simple steps to help support programming for our students!
