EPSD Middle Level Summer Reading - All students entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grade for the 2026–2027 school year are expected to participate in the EPSD Middle Level Summer Reading Program. The program is designed to encourage lifelong learning and promote continued reading throughout the summer months. Students should select a book, or books, based on their individual interests and course level. Upon returning to school in August, students should bring a completed Summer Reading Notes Page and be prepared to discuss and share their reading during the opening weeks of school. As you can imagine, communication with some organizations has been slow due to volunteer staffing and limited hours. Our team will continue outreach and make updates to the district webpage to ensure families have access to the most current information throughout the holiday season and the remainder of the school year.
