Autism Acceptance Spirit Week – We ask all Eyer students and staff to join us from Monday 4/20 through 4/24 for Autism Acceptance Sprit Week.
- Tuesday 4/21 – Sensory Friendly Day – Focus on comfort by wearing your favorite PJS or Sweats
- Wednesday 4/22 – Share Your Spark – Dress to represent your favorite interest, whether its a sport, movie, space, art, a specific animal or another things that is your favorite interest.
- Thursday 4/23 – Autism Acceptance Day – Wear red today to show that our school is a place where everyone belongs!
- Friday 4/24 – Eyer Attire – Finish the week strong in your Eyer Attire or Jersey.
EPSD Fall Sports Sign Ups – Is your student interested in Fall Sports? Any student athlete interested in joining a 2026 EPSD Fall Sports Team must complete the EPSD 2026 Fall Sports Google Form by June 1st. For additional information, including requirements for physical examinations and the required IMPACT Testing please visit the EPSD Athletics Website. Questions about athletics or the process should be directed to the EHS Athletics Department.
Spring Dance & Open Gym SAVE THE DATE – Interested students are invited to join us for a fun filled evening at the Eyer Spring Dance & Open Gym on Friday, May 1st from 6 PM to 8:30 PM. Students are invited to enjoy a night of music, dancing, snacks, open gym, and more. Tickets will be on sale for $5 and will be on sale during all lunches beginning April 27th.
PSSA Testing Reminders – Starting this Tuesday, April 21st, Eyer students will begin the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA). During the testing window, school will operate on a modified internal schedule. To help ensure a smooth and successful testing experience, please review the following expectations with your child. All cell phones, smartwatches, and personal electronic devices must be turned off and stored in a locker or backpack during testing. Backpacks will be placed in a designated area of the classroom, away from students. Students should also remember to bring a book to read quietly after completing their assessment. Please note that personal comfort items such as blankets and pillows are not permitted in the classroom during testing. Additionally, please make sure your child charges their school-issued Chromebook each night so they are fully prepared for digital assessments each morning. Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we work together to help every student succeed.
Spring Eyer Author Visit – On Friday, April 24, Eyer will welcome New York Times bestselling author Brandon Mull for a whole-school author visit. Brandon Mull is best known for his popular fantasy series Fablehaven, Beyonders, and Five Kingdoms. He is also the author of several other beloved titles, including Dragonwatch and The Candy Shop War. His books are known for their imaginative worlds, fast-paced adventures, and memorable characters that have inspired millions of young readers. Families interested in pre-ordering a signed and personalized copy for their student(s) can do so through The End Bookstore Website.
8th Grade Semi-Formal – Tickets are now on sale for the 8th Grade Semi-Formal Dance! This annual event celebrates the culmination of the middle school experience for Eyer students and will be held on Saturday, May 30, from 6:00–9:00 PM at Eyer. The evening includes time with friends, music from a DJ, decorations, and a buffet dinner. Tickets (https://tinyurl.com/bdhzn4au) will be available for purchase through the end of April. Eyer’s Talent Show– Get ready to shine because the Eyer Talent Show is coming! Do you sing, dance, act, juggle, or have a hidden talent you’ve been waiting to share? Now’s your chance to take the stage and show everyone what you can do! If you want to participate, be sure to sign up using the Google Form. You can find it on the Eyer Homepage and on your homeroom Schoology page. Important: All students must complete the form AND attend an audition to be part of the show. Auditions will be held on May 12th and May 14th. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to perform, have fun, and be part of an amazing show. Emmaus High School College Fair – All EPSD families are encouraged to attend the annual EHS College Fair on Thursday, April 23rd from 6:00–8:00 PM at Emmaus High School. Over 100 representatives from colleges, technical schools, and branches of the armed services will be on hand across the EHS gymnasiums. This is a great opportunity to connect with representatives and engage your child in meaningful conversations about their future.
LAST CALL Yearbook Sales – THIS IS THE LAST WEEK TO ORDER A YEARBOOK. The deadline to order the 25–26 Eyer Yearbook is Friday, April 24th. Families who wish to purchase a yearbook should place their order by Friday to guarantee a copy. All orders must be placed online through the Christmas City Studios Website. Please note that no extra yearbooks will be ordered, and they will not be sold at school after the deadline. We encourage families to order within this window to ensure their student receives a copy and can capture this year’s memories.
Stuff the Truck Fundraiser SAVE THE DATE – The Eyer Angel Network is hosting a Stuff the Truck Fundraiser on Saturday, May 23rd from 10 AM to 12 PM. We encourage all Eyer families to come out and support this wonderful cause! Donations of the following items are greatly appreciated: clothing, shoes, blankets, bed sheets, curtains, towels, pillows, comforters, and stuffed animals. Boys Basketball Open Gym – Any male student-athlete currently in 6th or 7th grade who is interested in trying out for the 26–27 Eyer Boys Basketball Team is invited to participate in upcoming Eyer Boys Basketball Team Open Gym sessions. The open gym sessions will take place from 2:45PM through 4:30 PM on May 14 and May 28. Students who plan to participate must pick up an EPSD Intramural Activities Consent Form in the Eyer Main Office. A completed form must be brought with the student athlete to each session. Students are not permitted to participate in an open gym without a completed EPSD Intramural Activities Consent Form.

JOSHWAY 3D Printing Family Workshop – Current Eyer 8th grade student Carson St. Clair will be hosting an interactive 3D Printing Workshop at JOSHWAY in Easton designed for students of all ages and their families. This session will explore how ideas are transformed into real objects through 3D printing. Through live demonstrations and hands-on learning, participants will gain a clear and engaging understanding of how 3D printing works and why it matters. As a youth leader, Carson reflects the mission of JOSHWAY, empowering the next generation to lead, create, and inspire. He will guide participants through the 3D printing process while showcasing what is possible when curiosity meets opportunity. Emmaus Girls Soccer ID Camp-The Emmaus Girls Soccer ID Camp will take place from June 8th through June 11th at EHS Memorial Field from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM each evening. This camp is open to girls entering grades 7–9 for the 2026–2027 school year and offers an opportunity to train with current Emmaus Girls Soccer players and coaches while building skills and preparing for the next level. AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Math 24– We meet us every Tuesday in Room 632. It’s a great chance to sharpen your math skills, challenge yourself, and have fun with friends. All skill levels are welcome—come give it a try!
Homework Club- Homework Club meets after school Tuesdays and Thursdays in Mrs. Bealer’s room, room 115. Come and get your homework done in a quiet place from 2:30 – 4pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Sign up on the sign up sheet outside of Mrs. Bealer’s room, room 115, and Mrs. Ervin’s room, room 633.
Girls on the Run– Please remember to sign up for the late bus and meet in Ms. Graham’s room after school.
6th Grade Drama Club – Want to boost your confidence, learn acting skills, and have a blast? Join the 6th Grade Drama Club! No experience is required, just bring your energy and excitement. You’ll make friends, discover your inner star, and get ready for future theatre opportunities. Drama Club meets in room 503 on Thursdays. Drama Club: Where 6th graders become STARS!
Chess Club – Join us if you love chess and want to play or learn how to. All levels welcome! We will meet on Thursdays after school in room 650.
Crochet Club – Students interested in learning the art of crochet in a fun, welcoming space can do so after school on Tuesdays in room 610. Whether you’re a beginner or already know a few stitches, you’ll create projects you can be proud of. To join, pick up a permission slip in the Guidance Office. We are always accepting fiber donations if any family has yarn to spare. Donations could be brought to the Main Office.
Four Square Club – The Eyer Four Square Club meets after school on Thursdays.
Multicultural Club – Celebrate diversity by learning about and sharing traditions, cultures, and perspectives from around the world on Thursdays in room 111
Reading Olympics Team – Love to read? Want to discuss books and play some fun trivia games? Then you should join the Reading Olympics Club! We meet two or three times a month and will be preparing for a regional competition at the end of the school year. You can read as much or as little as you like, so come on and get in on the fun! Ready to join? Sign up outside Room 636.
Walking Club – 🚶♀️🚶 Stop by the Main Office to sign up and pick up a permission slip to walk off campus. The club will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Chromebooks – Students should develop a consistent routine to charge their Chromebooks every night to ensure they’re prepared for class each day. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.
Late Bus The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.
Lost & Found – There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.
Weis4School Rewards Program – The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis. Eyer families can register their existing Weis Rewards Card to benefit our school by following the link below. Please consider taking these simple steps to help support programming for our students!
