Class Rings
Attention Students! The deadline to order your official Emmaus High School Class Ring is Thursday, October 17th! You can submit your order online at www.sscrings.com any time before then.
All orders received by the deadline will be delivered in school this December!
All ordering materials are available on the website, but if you need a “hard” copy packet they are available in the main office.
Attention Sophomores
Any 10th grader who is interested in leadership development training at the 2024-2025 HOBY Leadership Seminar, please complete an application via this Google Form. All forms must be completed by Thursday, Oct. 24th, no exceptions. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Spotts in the counseling office. Best of luck!
Adjusted Schedule on October 15, 2024 due to PSAT Testing at EHS
EHS is pleased to be able to offer PSAT testing during the school day for students who have already registered for the test. Due to the number of students testing, the school will run on a 3-hour delayed schedule on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Peer Tutoring
If you are interested in meeting with a tutor, please complete the 2024-25 Student Tutoring Request Form. Peer Tutoring will be offered during HHR on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Library. Please visit your “Class of” Schoology Group for more information.
School Store
The EHS School Store is open during HHR and closed Thursdays. Stop by and get Hornet merch and game themed merchandise. Cash or check only.
Summer Travel Opportunity
Are you interested in traveling to Spain and Portugal in the summer of 2026? The second meeting will take place on 10/10/24 at 6:00 PM in room 016 (Mr. Montepeque). Instant Decision Day
Hello Seniors, This fall, Emmaus is hosting multiple universities for an Instant Decision Day. An Instant Decision Day, also known as an On-Site Decision Day, is an event where students are able to receive an immediate admissions decision from a college or university. Instant decisions are non-binding, you are still able to apply to other colleges to look at different options! If you are interested in attending one of these events, please click the link on the college or university that you would like to sign up for. You MUST complete the google form that is linked below to the universities as well as submit an application to the university itself. Once you have signed up for one or multiple Instant Decision Days you will receive an email confirmation and more information will be emailed to you as the event date approaches. East Penn Therapy Dog Program
The East Penn Therapy Dog Program will again be partnering with the Phantoms on Oct. 12! This is opening night for the Phantoms; tickets are $22 and $5 from each ticket purchased will go towards the Therapy Dog Program. Branch, Mario, and Tokyo will be at the game. After School Homework Help
EHS is offering free after-school help twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays 2024). Teachers will be available to help with homework, studying for exams, or improving the understanding of course material. Taking advantage of this resource can make a significant difference in academic performance and overall confidence at school.
Teachers will be available after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 -3:30 in the EHS library. They are happy and excited to help students succeed in their classes for the remainder of the school year. Students do NOT need to sign up in advance. They just need to come to the library at 2:30 and make sure they have transportation home at 3:30.
Late Bus
Sign up online using the Late Bus Google Form in Schoology under the Materials section or on the EHS website under Morning Announcements, there is a link under the Late Bus post. The late bus will run Tuesdays and Thursdays through the end of May.
Chromebook / IT Help
The IT department will hold Chromebook support for students during Hornet Homeroom (10:18 – 10:55) and from 2 to 2:25 pm outside the library entrance.
** Thursdays only, there will be NO tech support during Hornet homeroom, ONLY AT 2-2:25PM **
Clubs
- French Club will be meeting October 11th for BFF day! Bring a Friend Friday in room 17 and build something new! Please join the schoology group for details. Schoology code: QG2N-JN2G-56C5P
- The GRATITUDE CLUB invites you to a coloring station during HHR on Wednesday, October 9th, right outside room 118. All supplies are provided, so bring yourself and a friend to learn more about the club and have some fun between classes. We hope to see you there. Our next club meeting will be on October 16th, right after school in room 118.
- This is the last call for anyone interested in joining Interact Club. We have had tremendous interest this year which is absolutely fantastic. Please return any pledge sheets/due to Mrs. Kaunitz, room 216, by October 11. After October 11, we will no longer be accepting members. Thanks, The Interact Officers
- Club Med: You’re invited to join Club Med. Meetings will be held the first and third Tuesday of the month in room 140 after school.
- Please join us for our October Global Citizens meetings! Thursdays, October 17 and 31 after school in room 013 by the locker commons. Make a new friend, learn something new, expand your sense of belonging.

- • Habitat for Humanity will be selling Celsius drinks and donuts Thursday mornings before school in the HIVE.
- The Interact Club will continue to collect soda tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Please drop off tabs in the container outside of room 216.

Home Football Game Reminder: Re-entry to the stadium is not permitted. Once you leave the stadium you may not return without paying another entry fee.
