To submit an Education Verification, please mail a request and include the following:
- Applicant’s name at the time of attendance at Emmaus High School
- Graduation/attendance date
- Date of birth
- Applicant’s signature
- $2.00 check or money order payable to Emmaus High School
The above documents and payment must be mailed to:
