On Friday, September 18, dozens of East Penn teachers and staff gathered for the annual Teacher & Staff Tailgate, an evening dedicated to celebrating the people who make the East Penn School District such a special place to learn and work.
Employees from across the District came together to enjoy beautiful weather, music, food, games, raffles, and plenty of time to relax and connect with colleagues. The annual event provides an opportunity for staff members from different schools, departments, and roles to spend time together outside of the school day and celebrate the sense of community that connects Team East Penn.
A special thank you to the East Penn Education Foundation for once again sponsoring the event. The Foundation continues to support our schools in countless ways, and the Teacher & Staff Tailgate is one more opportunity to recognize and show appreciation for the dedicated employees who serve East Penn students and families every day.
Events like this are a wonderful reminder that East Penn is more than our individual schools and buildings — we are one team, made stronger by the people who bring their talents, dedication, and care to our District each day.
