On Monday, January 23, 2023, Robert Saul, EPSD Business Administrator, presented the school board with a “first look” at the 2023/2024 preliminary budget. Budget items included in this presentation were: the upcoming budget timeline, Act 1 Index and exceptions, 2021 through 2023 budget recap, and a 2023/2024 preliminary budget overview. Following the presentation, the school board adopted the resolution not to exceed the Act 1 index.
