The East Penn School District is proud to announce Beth Guarriello, Principal of Emmaus High School, as the 2026 East Penn Employee of the Year!
Known throughout the District as “Mrs. G.”, she was overwhelmingly nominated by her colleagues for the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm she brings to Emmaus High School and the entire East Penn community.
Mrs. Guarriello is a tireless champion for her students and staff. Whether she is supporting students in the classroom, cheering from the sidelines, recognizing the accomplishments of her staff, or celebrating the many successes of Emmaus High School, she consistently leads with enthusiasm, kindness, and an unmistakable sense of Hornet pride.
Her impact is perhaps best reflected in the people around her. She is deeply appreciated by her students, respected by her colleagues, and known throughout East Penn for showing up and celebrating others at every opportunity.
Mrs. Guarriello spends so much of her time recognizing the accomplishments of those around her, making this an especially meaningful opportunity for the East Penn community to celebrate her.
