SOUTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – The South Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners recognized 27 years of service from a recently retired police lieutenant. The commissioners awarded him a plaque recognizing his efforts over the years.
Accompanied by his wife Tammy, Lt. Mark C. Ruff of Lower Macungie Township was presented his award and congratulated by Police Chief Glen Dorney at Wednesday’s township commissioners’ meeting.
