With the possibility of inclement weather this week, we wanted to remind our East Penn parents to make sure their PowerSchool preferences for SchoolMessenger communications received for phone, email, and SMS text messaging are accurate. These settings will be used to notify parents of district and building information, school closings, alerts, and emergencies. We want to reach our parents in the way they want to receive messages. Please refer to the following instructions when updating your preferences: SchoolMessenger Activating and Setting Preferences for Your SchoolMessenger Account.
If you are new to the district or have not yet set up text messaging through SchoolMessenger, please text “Y” or “Yes” to 67587 to opt-in to this SMS text messaging service.

Please note: To receive SMS text messages, your mobile phone number must be listed as the first or second contact in PowerSchool. Mobile numbers listed as a third contact number will not receive SMS text messages.
It is our top priority to make sure that all families receive district and building communications quickly and efficiently. If you have updated your PowerSchool settings and still are not receiving building and district updates, please contact your school building.
